WEBSITE ORDERING

All mandatory fields must be filled in on the ordering form for the order to be valid.

Paterson’s Cake Shop will not deliver outside the delivery zones listed. Paterson’s Cake Shop will not deliver outside the specified delivery days. Whilst every effort will be made to effect deliveries ordered on the website in a timely manner, some orders may take longer to deliver. Paterson’s Cake Shop shall attempt to accommodate your needs where possible. Should you wish to place a special order or make a special request regarding your order, we advise that you should telephone or otherwise speak to us to make an order.

Though Paterson’s Cake Shop may make deliveries to unattended locations by prior arrangement only, any such delivery will be entirely at your risk and Paterson’s Cake Shop shall not be liable for any damage, spoilage or theft. Except by prior arrangement as above, all order deliveries must be delivered to an attended location and if no-one is present to collect a delivery, the delivery-driver will not make the delivery and return the goods to the store where they can be claimed. If a further delivery is to be organized after the initial delivery or subsequent deliveries when again no-one is present to collect delivery , an additional delivery fee will be charged for each occasion.

All Orders via the website shall be final when placed. A confirmatory email is automatically generated and sent once your order has been placed and a binding purchase order is deemed to be in existence upon the confirmatory email being generated and sent even if not received. The confirmatory email shall contain the tax invoice for the order and shall constitute receipt for payment. Should you fail to receive a confirmatory email, please telephone us during opening hours to confirm receipt of order.

Payment is due and shall be made upon ordering. All payments for website orders are by credit cards only. Credit card payments are managed by Westpac and are made subject to Westpac’s terms and conditions.

Paterson’s Cake Shop shall make every effort to fulfil orders made on this website but if due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot fulfil a purchase order, Paterson’s Cake Shop will endeavour to contact you at the earliest opportunity.

Paterson’s Cake Shop may refuse to carry out or deliver any order if payment is stopped or not processed by our bank.
